Josh Gregory
Community Association Manager
Josh Gregory joined Warren Management in June of 2019, coming to us with a management background in commercial business and staffing. He earned his bachelor’s degree in history with a Minor in Military Science from the University of Colorado and Colorado Springs in 2013. In addition to his professional career, Josh Gregory is a decorated Field Artillery Officer in the Colorado Army National Guard. He commissioned in 2013 and has been activated multiple times and deployed twice in response to our nation’s needs, once to Afghanistan in 2017 and again to the Middle East in 2022. His training as an Officer has only served to advance his knack for leadership and communication.
In April of 2023, after a long deployment, Josh gained his Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) through the Community of Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB). Josh is as analytical and detail oriented as they come, he excels in finding solutions to the challenges his communities face through analyzing the historical business of the Association.
When he is not serving his communities, Josh enjoys spending time with in the great outdoors his wife and two young children.
