Traci McDonald, CMCA
Community Association Manager
Upon relocating from Denver, Traci McDonald became part of the Warren Management team in May 2021. She has an extensive history of managing real estate assets and has held an active Colorado broker’s license since 1999. Her background includes liaising with companies and lenders, supporting clients through contract negotiations and closing, and coordinating administration and leasing operations to achieve overall business objectives. Traci graduated summa cum laude from the Metropolitan University of Denver with a BA in Behavioral Sciences and a minor in Criminal Justice in May 2012. Her past work experience includes special metropolitan district management, large-scale multi-family rentals, and single-family home sales.
She has been instrumental in helping organizations in meeting and exceeding their targeted goals and objectives through managing real estate operations, overseeing governing document compliance and leasing agreements, and leading cross-functional teams. She obtained the “Certified Manager of Community Associations” (CMCA®) designation in October 2021 through CAM-ICB. Traci enjoys community management due to professional and client interactions and the varying day-to-day operations.
