Community Association Manager
Steve Kouri joined the Warren Management team in December of 2020. After relocating to Colorado Springs to manage the family business, in 2004, Steve pursued a career in community association management.
Enjoying the HOA environment, Steve started his journey to obtain the ultimate credential in the community management field, his PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager).
Steve has been a goodwill Ambassador for the Greater Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce since 2004 and was named Ambassador of the Month; Ambassador of the Quarter; elected co-chair and chair of the club. Interaction with board members and committee members to overcome obstacles keeps him energized and committed to HOA management.
Steve enjoys quality coffee, woodworking, and time on his bike.
