Michelle Green, CMCA, AMS
Community Association Manager
For some people, their career path results from an opportunity that wasn’t pursued but ended up being the first step to a career journey. That’s what a temporary office staffing assignment with HOA Colorado meant for Michelle Green. Little did she know then that community association management was to become her passion! She pursued a position with Management Advantage, Inc. and was assigned her first association to manage in 1998 under company Owner/CEO Beth Jones, PCAM, a mentor for whom she will always be grateful.
Michelle has enjoyed having the opportunity to manage a variety of associations over the years and currently is the General Manager of our large-scale community, Wolf Ranch. She has a team of 6 – employees that manages all association aspects of the association and serve as a liaison with the builders within the association and the developer of the association. From townhomes, condominiums, and even large-scale single-family developments, Ms. Green has crafted a management style that is capable and versatile. Over the years she has built strong business relationships with Board members and Developers through effective communication, organization, and putting an emphasis on building a sense of community in each property.
Ms. Green first joined the Warren Management team in July of 2003, remaining with the team for four years; she rejoined the team in April of 2013. Over the years, she has managed a portfolio of more than 7,000 units; including a business owners association, three large-scale master-planned communities, and several other condominiums and townhome projects. Ms. Green holds a Degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs.
Ms. Green earned the designation of “Certified Manager of Community Associations” (CMCA®) from NBC-CAM in September of 1999 and the “Association Management Specialist” (AMS®) designation from the Community Associations Institute (CAI) in May of 2002. Her professionalism, molded from her years of experience and the professional development training of CAI, has resulted in solid management skills sought by community associations today.
Aside from her career, Ms. Green enjoys spending time with her family. She has been married for over 20 years and has two children and one precious little grandchild.
