Jennifer Herbst, CMCA, AMS
Community Association Manager
Jennifer Herbst joined the Warren Management team in July 2018 serving as an administrative assistant on one of WMG’s management teams. Jennifer brought her career experience from the fitness industry, having achieved recognition for her excellence in both her ability to reach clients and provide exceptional customer service.
Jennifer found her place at WMG to develop a career in the management business. She was promoted to community manager in just a short time. Pursuing an education in the industry, she earned the designation of “Certified Manager of Community Associations” (CMCA®) from CAM-ICB in 2020 and was then promoted to community association manager. Later, she achieved the “Association Management Specialist” (AMS®) designation in 2022.
Jennifer serves on Warren Management’s Steering Committee, providing thoughtful decision-making for the company’s direction. She continues to move forward with teaching the WMG way and building culture within the WMG team.
Aside from her career at Warren Management, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her three children and continuing to pursue her passion for health and wellness.
