Going above and beyond is just the phrase that best describes Brian Mergl. As a Colorado native, Brian attended Southern Colorado and Colorado State University, where he majored in Business Administration and Communications. His professionalism, responsiveness, and drive stem from years of experience.
Although Brian joined Warren Management Group in 2022, his property management career began in 1999. He furthered his education credentials by adding his designation of “Certified Manager of Community Associations” (CMCA®) from CAM-ICB in 2012 and achieved the “Association Management Specialist” (AMS®) designation in 2019. The majority of his management career has been spent assisting portfolios of the Colorado homeowner’s association and additionally, he has eight years of specialized high-rise management experience in Denver.
One of Brian’s’ favorite aspects of working in the industry is the opportunity to manage a variety of associations over the years while building a sense of community in each property. It is never boring! He provides a collaborative attitude with his clients and always puts his best foot forward.

When Brian is not in the office, he is enjoying the beautiful Colorado outdoors. He dedicates his time to home renovations, which include his latest 1909 home in Manitou Springs.
